Spicy Jalapeno-Chipotle Lime Coleslaw

This spicy coleslaw is the perfect topper for a crispy chicken sandwich, added to a fiery fish taco, or just serve it up on it’s own as a tasty side dish.The tangy combo of Chipotle and Lime will have you coming back for more.

INGREDIENTS

1 medium head of cabbage shredded 

1 recipe for Chipotle-Lime Aioli 

1 large jalapeño, seeded, and minced 

1 bell pepper, seeded, and minced 

1/3 cup finely shredded red onion 

1 tablespoon lime juice 

Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

METHOD

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve over a fried chicken sandwich, fish tacos or as a tasty side dish.
