Gremolata Vinaigrette

The Light, bright and savory, Gremolata Olive Oil is the prefect base for any dressing and is perfectly highlighted with this simple blend and salt and lemon.

INGREDIENTS

5 cups baby arugula

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 

1/3 cup Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil 

1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt 

Fresh cracked pepper to taste


METHOD

Combine the lemon juice with the sea salt. Whisk in the Gremolata olive oil and season with pepper. Adjust the seasoning and gently toss the arugula with the vinaigrette. Serve immediately.


Add 2 TBS of Your favorite Citrus white balsamic for a hint of sweetness. Try: Sicilian Lemon ,Grapefruit or Key Lime
