Bar Nuts With Himalayan Pink Salt
This simple but tasty treat makes a perfect snack on it's own or a great addition to your next cheese board. Just toss, bake, and serve!
INGREDIENTS
18 oz raw mixed nuts
1 Tbs Butter Flavored Olive Oil
2 Tbs chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 - 1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp dark brown sugar
2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
METHOD
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Roast raw nuts for 10 minutes. Melt butter in small pan. Add rosemary, cayenne, sugar, and salt to butter and mix. Dump nuts into large bowl, drizzle butter mixture and stir until nuts are coated. Serve while they are still warm.
Mix it up: try one of our flavored sea salts with your favorite Infused Olive Oil. May we suggest Chipotle Olive Oil and Lime Sea Salt, White Truffle Olive Oil and Black Truffle sea salt, or Herds de Provence Olive Oil and Rosemary Sea Salt.
